Before contacting me to request a commission, please read the Terms of Service.Every price here is per character. If you want, for example, two commissions or two characters, the price will double.Depending in how complex is the character and details of your commission (background, objects, etc) the price will rise.

· Customs character design starts at 120 usd· Price may increase depending of complexity.· Character designs come in fullbody, color palette, eyes and props detailing.

GENERAL ☆ ⋅ ────────────────────────────
Every price is per character. Price may increase depending on complexity and details of your commission.
I won't take any commission without a character reference. If what you desire it's a custom I'll need all the info and ideas for the character!
Turnaround time for commission's completion will take around 2 weeks - 3 months starting from when the payment has been made.
! I have the right to cancel the commission if I do not feel comfortable working on said commission for any reason.
IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO USE MY WORK FOR NFT OR IN APPLICATIONS/PROGRAMS RELATED TO ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE.
PAYMENT ☆ ⋅ ────────────────────────────
I will only start working on your commission once I have received the full payment.
My payment method is by PayPal invoices (USD).
Payment plans can be discussed for commissions over $100 or more, but please keep in mind I'll work certain percentage of the commission with each payment (For example; if 60% of the payment is made, I'll do 60% of the work). The final illustration will only be delivered once the full payment is completed.
No refunds! The TAT is just an approximate time. If any unforeseen events occur that may delay delivery; a notice will be sent to the client to inform them. Please keep this in mind when asking for a commission.
Refunds are only possible if I can't continue with your commission or if you do not receive any updates from me within 4 months of payment being made.
WORK ☆ ⋅ ──────────────────────────────
After receiving the payment I will send you a sketch for review with a maximum of 3 revisions. Any more than 3 revisions will have an extra cost.
During the base colors stage I will ask for your opinion to know if the colors are correct or if you want to make any changes.
Once the base colors are approved I will proceed on finishing the commission, if you desire to see more WIPs please ask beforehand.
Once I start coloring you cannot make any more significant changes.
All art commissions digital products only, and therefore, do not require any physical shipping.
The finished illustration without watermark will be delivered by email.
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY ☆ ⋅ ──────────────
All rights to the work produced belong to the artist, in order to clear up what I mean with that I will list what I'm allowed to do with it down below. I will also list what you, as the commissioner, are allowed to do with the produced artwork and with what you are not allowed to do.As the artist, I'm allowed to:❤︎ Promote myself with the artwork on any other places or websites.❤︎ Post/display the artwork anywhere I want (on my Facebook and Twitter for example) but I will always give you proper credit as the owner of the character (Private artwork will have an extra cost).As the commissioner, you are allowed to:❤︎ Use the artwork in any way you want, as long it's for personal use only.❤︎ Repost the artwork on other websites as long you give me proper credit.❤︎ Claim the right of the character but not the artwork.You are NOT allowed to:❤︎ Reproduce/using the artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way).❤︎ Remove my watermark/signature.❤︎ Edit/trace/change the artwork without my permission.❤︎ USE THE ARTWORK FOR NFT OR FOR GEN AI.If you break this T.O.S it will be a breach of contract and considered copyright infringement.
COMMERCIAL USE ☆ ⋅ ──────────────────────
Commercial use must be discussed with me by private message. Art and designs for commercial use is priced differently and higher to cover commercial fees (usually x2 or x3 depending on the scale of the project). Examples:
2x price: Commercial use when the artwork is not the bulk of the product (promotional material, digital CD cover, emotes, etc). It includes YouTube/Twitch/Streamer/Live2d Models/Pngtuber/Vtuber models assets (banner, avatar, using art in videos), Patreon and any ad-supported sites.
3x price: Commercial use when the artwork is the bulk of the product (body pillow, postcard, merchandise, etc.)
IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF THESE CONDITIONS OR WHERE YOU FALL UNDER, PLEASE INQUIRE!
EXTRA COSTS ☆ ⋅ ────────────────────────
Weapons, wings, armor, jewelry, pets, etc.
Detailed backgrounds.
Characters with lots of details.
EXTRAS T.O.S FOR CUSTOMS ☆ ⋅ ──────────────
You must credit me (Sun Seraph) for art and design.
Do not claim the design as your own.
Do not trace or edit my original art without permission.
You can give the character almost any use as long as it is personal.
Commercial use is not included but can be purchased.
You can change the character's design as much as you want long as the original artwork is not edited.
You can gift, trade or resell the design by no more than the same price you bought, but may add the cost of commissioned art (and please let me know!).
You cannot use the design to create an original species or series of adoptables.
The designs are only a digital item and does not require shipping.
YOU CANNOT USE THE DESIGN FOR NFT OR FOR GEN AI.
